The food was great . The owner was super nice . I ate the ribs Mac and cheese and corn bread stuffing . Sooooo good and super fresh
This was some of the best soul food that I’ve got in a long time! Hands-down, the best kale I’ve ever had and the ribs were ranked very high as well because they had a nice smoky taste to them and the blue Kool-Aid is a must try! If you’re ever out in Northpoint Mall, stop up there and see the guys you will not be disappointed! My business partner had the smoked turkey legs and rice, and it was delicious as well!
The service was amazing! The chef was so kind and cheerful! I got the Southern Fried chicken, Mac n cheese and garlic mashed potatoes and they were to die for! Best food in the mall for sure!!
The only reason they got a 5 is because I can't give a 10!!! I like to call myself a foodie and I love to try new places, with that being said I find my places and I stick to them just like I'm sticking to KNG SoulFood!!!! The food is AMAZING every single time. The service is AMAZING every single time! Such a wonderful vibe and energy. Even being in the mall it makes you feel At home and like your part of the family! I 1000000% recommend if you haven't tried it yet!!!!
Me being from Illinois, it was my first time there. The food was really good, the service was great and very pleasant and friendly. Good atmosphere, Mall environment, plenty of room to eat. A little pricey, but the food made up for the price. I would Definitely recommend KnG Soul Food.
Forget mall food court expectations. KnG was soulful revelation. The service was both incredibly fast and genuinely warm, making you feel like family. The food? Exceptional. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp and juicy, the mac & cheese creamy, and the yams were rich and flavorful. An absolute standout—I’ll definitely be planning more mall trips just around this gem.
The food here is really delicious. I had the turkey wings and rice with Yams and kale. I also got an order of the fried green tomatoes. Everything was 10/10 as the social media people would say! The total for the meal was 33.39.
The food is great. Got the fried catfish and was surprised by how good it was coming from a mall restaurant. I also got the garlic mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as my sides and was also quite pleased with the taste. Not only was the food good, but the service was great, too. Set me up real good with my sides. Khalil was really cheerful and extremely pleasant. I will definitely be coming back again

Super friendly staff and management. I had the whiting, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I loved the fish ( 2 large pieces) and the garlic mashed potatoes, but the mac and cheese, although tasty was a little too spicy for me. That's a me problem, not a them problem. I'm just a wuss with spice.
